Greetings Family of God! Happy Thursday!

What a week it has been! First off, thank you to those who lifted me up and/or joined me as I ministered last Thursday in Port Charlotte. I definitely missed getting together, but it was such a blessing to be with about 60+ burning hearts at The Front 2.0. I got to share some amazing God reports of what He is doing all over the world, and a message on how to be victorious in our spiritual battles by using the roadmap of Psalm 27, Psalm 77 and the Ark of the Covenant. Despite the power going out for a few minutes in the middle of the message (which was crazy!), Holy Spirit touched many people that night including several at the altar. Here’s the recordings from that night:

While the live feed was out, I read Psalm 27 and spoke about how verses 1-3 and 5 all show David incredibly confident in God despite the fact that he was on the run for his life.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life; Whom shall I dread? When evildoers came upon me to devour my flesh, My adversaries and my enemies, they stumbled and fell. Though a host encamp against me, My heart will not fear; Though war arise against me, In spite of this I shall be confident. For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.

Then I shared that the secret to having this kind of faith and courage in the midst of such intense circumstances is found in verse 4- having a worship centered life:

One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord And to meditate in His temple.

I then transitioned into talking about David’s Tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant and Psalm 77. It picks up here:

I pray that this Word blesses and edifies you in your walk with Jesus!

The next night, we had nice weather at Bayfront Park, and we also had an amazing harvest. Maria prayed with 6 people, plus an entire Venezuelan family to receive the Lord. Here’s the Venezuelan family:

The most memorable moment of the night for me though was when a family from Illinois walked by us as we were praying and said yes to my invitation to join us. After we all prayed, they told us that seeing us was such a miracle because they had been praying all day for some kind of sign that their daughter should move here and go to school. After this, we prayed over them, and God gave me a word of knowledge for them. The mom started crying and the daughter was stunned. They told me after that it was right on. The mom then said she wanted to get a picture of all of us to remember the moment because it was so meaningful. The daughter also said she had never seen God work like this before and that she was blown away. Here’s the picture of all of us.

We spoke with them separately for over 30 minutes afterwards, and the parents told me that the daughter had been living in rebellion towards God for a long time. The daughter had also admitted to Laney that she has struggled with homosexuality. To see God orchestrate this miraculous moment and touch this family so profoundly was such a blessing. I believe it will change the spiritual dynamics of their family in the days to come.

On Saturday, we had a powerful time at the Riverwalk as we saw several people pray to receive Jesus and many people take gifts and tracts and receive prayer. We also saw God orchestrate an amazing answer to prayer, which is still blowing my mind.

The previous week, a young man dressed in a skeleton costume walked by the gift table. Our new on fire friend Trish saw him, and although she didn’t speak to him that day, God gripped her heart with compassion for him and with a desire to pray for him. For the rest of the week, she was praying for him fervently and texting us asking us to pray for him as well. She nicknamed him “goth boy” because we didn’t know his name. Then, the morning of the outreach, Trish was full of faith, believing that he would come back and that she’d get to talk to him and give him a Gods Promises book:

Then, that same night….he came back! And several of us got to talk to him! He is there on the right.

We spoke with him for a while, and he allowed us to pray over him. The Lord gave me a word of knowledge for him, and he said it was right on. He then took the tracts and the God’s promises book, and he even took his mask off and showed Trish his face. Although he didn’t fully surrender his life to Christ that night, it was clearly a huge breakthrough.

Trish was so encouraged by this that she decided to continue to intercede for him. Then, the very next day, right after church, she ran into him at a restaurant in Bradenton! He joined her and her friends for lunch, and it was such a sign to him that he prayed to receive Jesus right there at the restaurant. He’s on the right closest to the front and that’s his friend next to him, who also prayed to receive Jesus.

Then, both of them came to The Front on Monday and they both received the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues! It was amazing to see! Then we spent a good bit of time giving them discipleship and also contact information for churches in the upstate NY area where they are about to move this week. The next day, this post was on their FB:

SOOO Amazing!!!

I shared this testimony and a brief message about this at the House of Prayer on Tuesday. This story perfectly depicts why we must persevere in prayer to see the breakthrough:

Saturday night, we also were blessed to have about 8 evangelists with us from a local Hispanic church, and they helped lead worship and pass out tracts. At the very end, as they were waiting for us to pack up our stuff so they could pray with us, they began praying together in a circle. A young man walking by saw them and came over to talk with them…and he ended up praying to receive Jesus too!

What a night!

On Sunday, there were thousands of people at the beach, and we were blessed to sow into hundreds and hundreds of them throughout the night. We also gave out a ton of tracts and gifts and got to pray for many people as well. Several also prayed to receive Jesus, which was awesome. Here’s a few pics. It was such a Glorious night!

BIG thanks to Rene, Maria, Karson, Amber, Laney, Chuck, Debbie, Mauricio, Jenny, our 8ish new Hispanic friends, Ricardo and Kristina (who are back together!!), Mike F, Gene, Jack, Rachael, Mike M, Trish and Sarath. Great work everyone!

The next 6 days will be super busy, and I’d REALLY appreciate your prayers. I’ve been asked to speak at two different churches, and we also have our usual ministry schedule on top of that. Thank you SO much!

We love and appreciate you and we look forward to seeing you soon!!!

Chris, Sofiya and Natalie

P.S. During my message on Thursday I mentioned an idea I had for a meme to raise awareness about Amendment 4 and someone in the audience made it for me the next day. Please download it and pass it along to every believer that you know, so that this demonic amendment will get torn limb from limb!
