Hey Fam! Happy Thursday!
I hope you are doing great! What a few weeks it has been!
In case you aren’t aware, Sofiya was in what’s known as “prodromal labor” for 8 days (from 11/25-12/2), during which time we thought any moment could be “the” moment. Then, on December 2nd, her water fully broke and we went to SMH for the birth. What followed is a miracle story with some SERIOUS drama. I’ll share more with you in person and in subsequent writings, but we spent 8 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, watching God do the miraculous and witnessing to doctors and nurses all over.
Now, we are out and Natalie and Sofiya are doing AMAZING.
I was soooo encouraged to hear that in our absence, Team Jesus held the forts down beautifully. I heard great reports each weekend and I am SO proud of all of you who stepped up!
This weekend, I will be back on the mission field, so I hope to see you there and tell you all that the Lord has done!
Love and blessings,
Chris, Sofiya and Natalie
